Here's what a Cheerleader friend is like:

You're the Cheerleader: the friend who hypes everyone up. New job? You're first with the celebration. Bad day? You're sending encouraging voice notes. You genuinely believe in the people you love, and they feel it.

You're warm, upbeat and generous with praise. Your friends walk a little taller because you're in their corner, and group plans are more fun when you're there.

The flip side: you're so busy cheering for others that you rarely ask for a pep talk yourself. Let your friends hype you up for once. You deserve a cheerleader too.
