What this site is

HeyQuizzly is a collection of short quizzes made for fun and entertainment. The results are light-hearted and are not professional advice of any kind: not medical, psychological, financial, career or legal advice. Please don't make important decisions based on a quiz result.

Using the site

Please be reasonable. You agree not to scrape or copy the site in bulk, send automated or abusive traffic to it, try to break or get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful or harmful to others.

Names on cards

You can type a name onto your result card. You're responsible for what you type, so please keep it kind and lawful. We don't store the name; it's only used to draw your card image (see our privacy policy).

Our content

The quiz questions, results, text, design and card artwork belong to HeyQuizzly. Photos are credited to their photographers. You're welcome to share your own result card with friends and on social media. Please don't copy, resell or republish our quizzes or other content without asking us first.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites, such as photo sources or stores. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties and limited liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will always work, be free of errors, or be available without interruption. To the extent the law allows, HeyQuizzly isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on a quiz result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
