Snowy Cottage

Here's what a Snowy Cottage personality looks like:

Your winter aesthetic is Snowy Cottage: gentle, creative and full of homemade charm. You picture a little cottage with frosted windows, bread baking in the oven, dried oranges strung across the mantel and snow falling softly outside. This is winter cottagecore at its finest.

Your style is soft and romantic: chunky hand-knit sweaters, long skirts, wool socks and vintage-looking aprons. Your decor is full of natural textures, like linen, wicker, dried flowers, handmade garlands and mismatched teacups. You love baking, crafting and slow mornings with nowhere to be.

To bring your aesthetic home, make a dried orange garland, add sprigs of evergreen and berries to jars, light beeswax candles and bake something that makes the whole house smell amazing. A handmade wreath on the door is the perfect finishing touch. Your winter motto: slow down and make it by hand.

The flip side: handmade projects can pile up faster than the snow. Pick one favorite for the season and let the rest wait.
