Here's what a German Shepherd personality looks like:

You're the German Shepherd: responsible, loyal and quietly in charge of keeping everyone safe. German Shepherds work as police dogs, search-and-rescue heroes and guide dogs because they combine brains, discipline and a deep need to do a good job. That's you. People trust you with the important stuff, and you never let them down.

You like structure, clear goals and people who pull their weight. You're the friend who remembers the plan, checks everyone got home safely and knows what to do when something goes wrong. Under the serious exterior there's a big heart that belongs completely to your people.

The flip side: you can carry everyone's worries as if they were your job. Now and then, let someone else keep watch. And if you ever want a real German Shepherd, know that they need an experienced owner, lots of exercise and daily training to be at their best.
